According to the investors package for 1st Lighten the Load Inc. the CTO is a David Kelly and the CEO is a D.Lee Kelly .So seems like a husband/wife or sister/brother team.
Could not find anything on the David Kelly but a search of D.lee Kelly turned up this web site

so seems that they are into a few different things,all with the same FIPO BOX address.
The company has two places to send mail one is a FIPO BOX the other is for courriered packages,that address is a residential home in Calgary.
You can find the address on the investors info page.
A search of registered companies in Calgary did not show any of the three listed under her name on the above web site.Can't say that it is BS but the web sites don't look overly professional either. Also could not find but the one web site for STONEPATH POWER who they bought the patents from which again if it was my company the web site would not be good enough (I would spend more money for a better product). So take with a (2?) grain of salt.

I agree this person likely lacks the business expertise for a polished business presentation, but I assume people are more interested in a technical discussion.

I don't know if you read the patent. It is about the same as Weir, but worse.
1) They are proposing a way to get a high breakdown voltage by using a bunch a caps in series using floating electrodes between layers. This means capacitors in series. 1/C = sum ( 1/C1.... 1/Cn) = very low C. Then these low C are connected in parallel to get the desired C.
2) They don't know anything about mixing rules.The resultant dielectric constant will be low.

My pressure calculation was wrong. This only applies to plates immersed in a dielectric viscous medium. It was mentioned somewhere.

Just got off the phone with David Kelly. We've agreed to do some back and forth Q & A starting tonight. I hope to have a post up by this weekend with some follow up by David time permitting.

The Q&a has started and David is being very through in his answers. This is going to take a bit longer than a I thought so expect something closer to the end of next week.
