I will commence my electric long-eze (Rutan-designed composite pusher) project. 160 mph, and 300 mile range with EESU power pack.

We plan an EI party in Auckland, NZ for ZMC investors for the date of reveal. So far 18 acceptances.

Other Kiwi investors are welcome to join in.

(Where EI stands for Energy Independence - of course :-))

kind regards

We should do the same in the UK.

How about it AD2, Technopete? Any other Brits out there?

I know TEC is a Brit also but not sure he would want to join in.

EEcosse,

I'm game. ee-tom might be persuaded. The two of us are in the London area, so it might be a bit of a trek for you, depending on whether you are really living in "EEcosse" or France.

Where is AD2 based?

Tec maintains he would prefer to go out for a quiet meal on his own.

Rules would have to be believers (Zenn shareholders) buy the drinks.

Regards,
Peter

When we were younger and recently married my wife was asked what she would get if she won the lottery. She said new tires for her Chevy Eurosport. That's my wife.

Me, I'd probably trade in my 50 year old wife for two 25 year olds. Naw, I'm just kiddin. She's been my girl for over 30 years and will probably be for another 30. But, with the kind of money I'll have I can always keep the wife and set the two 25 year olds up with apartments. ;)

Build a '23 Model T Track Speedster- Hybrid with 6.7HP Kohler Diesel, 100 amp generator, 35 gallon biodiesel tank, and drive coast to coast on one tank. Then start building EV street rods.

If EEStor/Zenn turn out to be the greatest thing since sliced bread and I make a killing off my 10000, I would be interested in paying off my home/rental property debts and finding a part time job. That's about it. Don't need any major toys. Time is what I crave the most. Of course getting an EESU powered vehicle would be a priority but that goes without saying.

Yeah, I was definitely joking. This old fart has enough trouble keeping one woman happy. I can't imagine what these guys that have a girlfriend on the side or a wife in seperate states put up with.

Post reveal treat?

Having waited so keenly for the reveal, I am beginning to wonder if I will even notice when it finally happens. Such is the state of my ennui.

A few drinks are always welcome, so an EI party is something I could get to. That there London is as good a place as any.

Tec is more than welcome.

To go to dinner on his own.

Technopete wrote:

I would have to insist upon EE-Tom buying the drinks, as payback for being such a frightful bore. (Just kidding Tom) ;)

Beyond the initial exhuberation that the EESU is really real, I won't be doing anything flash. Just working and keeping an eye on Zenn and EEStor's growth.

I'm under no illusions. Apart, perhaps, from the belief that the EESU exists at all.

After the EESU is revealed, that's when the real hard work starts. It will still be a hard fight for them to come out on top, and progress will be slower than many of us might hope.

If it all works out, in a few years I would like to buy a vintage car, fitted with the sort of throaty petrol guzzling engine that makes enthusiasts go weak at the knees, and then tear the thing out in favour of an EESU-inside Zennergy Drivetrain.

Bliss!

For our brothers across the pond. I always wanted a 1961 XK-150 and a 1961 XK-E, the only year that Jaguar produced both versions of the XK series. My wife says I'll have to build a massive building, for my classic car collection. Should it go big enough, I'd like to fund a scholarship program for mathematics, chemistry, physics and EE., Actually my first priority, to encourage hope and excellence, for those who have those fields as their goals.

Peter,

I am based in Scotland (although I am originally from England).

I think AD2 lives in the North of England somewhere.

That makes us all very spread out.

If we can work something out I suppose it would be fair to have something in the middle of the country.

It may well be appropriate to opt for the birthplace of the Industrial revolution - Manchester. If the EESU

We are all fairly spread out. I suppose to be fair we should choose somewhere central. I would opt for the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution - Manchester. The logic being that if we are to celebrate the reveal of the EESu it may well be the start of another revolutionary era.

I know of a few good bars near the the Museum of Science and Industry at Castlefield (just off Deansgate)

What do you think? Also would be good to know what AD2, eetom think? I know that eetom may not want to take part in such a gathering although he appears more than able to hold his own.

Regards,
Craig
