EEME, all I saw in the video at those time was a barely dressed dancing girl and a pot princess. Can't say I minded, but I don't get it.

Other than a very attractive gyrating derrier, what was the point of the video?

One of the 10s is that Carl Nelson is mentioned ten times in the M.I.T LABORATORY FOR INSULATION RESEARCH PROGRESS REPORT (Years 1947 - 1964)

Another 10 is a from the MIT Progress Report where A. Von Hipple writes:
The subsequent ten individual studies may seem, at first glance, a mixture of disconnected themes;...(see page 5)

A possible last 10 is also from A. Von Hipple but I'm not 100% sure on this one:
We have reached a field strength of 10⁸ volt/cm in special cases, but imperfections of materials and onset of fields emission generally interfere already at much lower values.(see page 5)

10exp8V/cm is 10MV/mm, or 10KV/micron; such dielectric, assuming relative permittivity=1, would achieve an ED in the range of 1/20th of that of EESTOR dielectric.
Not bad, considering it was done 50 years ago.
