Polarity has been (understandably) quiet lately but they too may be prepping for AHBL day. It seems they now have the polarity.com domain. Does anyone know who owned it before? Also more speculation... When AHBL other than selling a few extra 3500+v power converters how do you think polarity should best parlay their position in the market to grow their company and make a name for itself for real?

Polarity.com used to be registered to some sort of resort comunity I believe. I think it was south or central american? Polarity only took .net becuase it was what was available. If .com came available they would grab it. I don't think it has anything to do with AHBL. As much as Wade wanted the .com domain I don't see him spending a whole lot of money to buy it from someone.

Back in 2005 polarity.com belonged to a British company that produced "gizmos for musicians."

P.S. I fixed your sentences SupEErtech. No one uses double spaced periods anymore. Unless, of course, your posting from a mechanical typewriter... ;)

I know! I think it's just wrong! I'm a big fan of the double-space... Makes things more readable IMO. But then again I use terms like IMO all the time too. Sigh.

As of Feb 1, 2011 I'm officially no longer a believer. I even went back to my first post here on Sept 16, 2008 and found that somewhere along the line I gave EEStor an extra MONTH to prove it to me. They failed.

No! Bring back the double-space between periods. It makes for much more readable text- helps these old eyes and old grammatical sensibilities.

Holy Cow Bret,

Who'da thunk your thread would get highjacked by the double spacers?

Maybe Wade will instruct his webmaster to double space after each . on the new . com site. For sure that will make em ultra successful.

EEStor’s legitimacy is a job for Carl Sagan and Sherlock Holmes. Times are a changing.
