Mr. Kofman,

considering the exceptional interest and loyalty displayed by the average shareholders in ZMC, I think a more intimate relationship with the companies management should be encouraged.

Theeestory.com has followed the Zenn / Eestor drama for years and is unquestionably the #1 source of information for shareholder who want to stay abreast of developments. Zenn Motor Company has this unique tool instantly available to informally communicate with its shareholders.

Much can be shared without having to go through formal 'Press Releases' or compromising anything of a sensitive nature. I recommend a deliberate attempt by management to improve their relationship with their shareholders by stepping up communication via the eestory blog.

What a great way for a modern day ZMC management team to demonstrate that they understand their shareholders and that they are determined to fill this void.

It wouldn't break any NDA to give us an idea of how long Zenn can survive without a product from EEStor. How much time do we have? Can you get the company into hibernation before it goes bankrupt?

Mr. Kofman, a few months back there was mention that ZMC will better communicate to us the shareholders. We have yet to hear from you publicly! Some words from our 6 month old CEO would be nice.

Also, I hope Ian explained to you that some of us shareholders have been very loyal to ZMC having held this stock for almost 5 years. That being said, we do NOT want to see Zenn being pawned off for a quick dollar. We have been VERY patient and we EXPECT the BEST out of YOU, as well as the other board members in regards to MAXIMIZING shareholder value.

I am unsure of purpose of an interview, unless it is to bolster discussion on this site?

I am very grateful to B. for the site and his efforts on our behalf but as a shareholder, I would like the directors to do what they believe is best for Zenn. If that includes making no statements which may be miss-construed or put a bias (up or down) on share prices, then don't give B. an interview.

The company needs to issue its information formally through the TSX and to ensure that it in no way breeches the law or the NDA with EEStor.

OK, there is a paucity of information for shareholders and if possible some information that is not going to affect either the company's legal obligations or share price, would clearly be most welcome.

Lightbridge does this very successfully, and more regular updates from Zenn would be useful.

If shareholders want more information they can do that through the Investor Services at Zenn.

IMHO, the best releases for shareholders are those made in writing, because those cannot be used to pump or dump shares or stir up division with EEStor. There can also be less missunderstandings from carefully crafted press releases.

IMHO the time for in depth briefing for B. may be when we are going to see AHBL and it can be embargoed to a specific time and date. That would repay B. and it would help us on this site without prejudicing the legal oblications of either the directors or the company.

I respectfully ask that you welcome an interview with B with open arms. As was said previously, don't reveal what you can't, but take every effort to show us what you can. Show us the progress you can reveal that you've made with your drive systems, show us the labs and share as much as you can about what you've done there, show the employees who are working hard to make the company profitable. I'm sure you're proud of what your company has done so far. Share it with us, the company owners who have a right and responsibility to know what you've been doing with our funds.

shareholder value depends on EESTOR reveal, not on anything Kofman can do. Relationship between EESTOR and ZENN is critical. If DW says keep it zipped, then Kofman is going to keep it zipped. An interview would be nice, but ain't gon happn.

Dear Mr. Kofman,

Thanks for cutting the burn rate down. Seriously, thanks A LOT! Thanks for stopping the poorly concieved attempt by previous ZENN corporate officers to compete with EEStor. Thanks for making your compensation contingent on a meaningful technology milestone. Thanks for taking compensation for your work in a form that doesn't increase the capital burn rate. Now, regarding the inteview, please do what you think is in the best long term interests of ZENN shareholders.
