You'd think that when the attending shareholders exceed the total number of employees, they'd stop doing these things.

Ask them if the "supply contract" item was to manipulate the share price. They own the license, for a market segment. Unless it came with an expiration date, maybe it needs to be asked, NOBODY can legally sell EESUs to that market without ZMC getting renumeration. So the never see an EESU on their property, neither will the OEMs, unless ZMC gets paid. Therefore, the "supply contract" item they "let slip", smells of last weeks fish. I'd like to know who all the new cheap shares are being bought up by. Something don't seem kosher.

I plan to attend. Looking forward to seeing old and new faces.

Zawy if that were the case they would have stopped doing them a long time ago. This stock holds the tsx record for the most shareholders attending the agm both in person and virtually for a number of years.

I'll be there, again. We'll definitely have a post-AGM meeting, and I'll be there for that, but I'll have to check my schedule to see if I can make it for the pre-meeting. G usually is around before, IIRC.

Glad to hear that we'll have some more guests to our fair city! Maybe we can arrange another social outing around that time. Mark, I've heard a rumour that you're thinking of attending, is that true?

If I were there, think I would look around for some marginal character, maybe Ian's brother who looks a bit like him, and who used to polish the bumpers of the Zenn Cars or something, and invite him along with the cadre, out for some beers.

Hell, I'd invite Ian out for a beer. He wouldn't come, but it wouldn't hurt to ask. Give him a goofy shirt and make him an honorary cadre member.

Calling T. Villars, any chance you could make to the AGM? And Teslafan, aren't you within 4 hours drive from from your home? This could be it one way or the other. I'll be there from 26th-28th. And want to also meet pre/post AGM.

While it would certainly be fun I doubt I'll ever take the time to attend one of these. The video tape is good enough for me.

Unfortunately, I refuse to travel to Canada, while the whole pissing contest is going on that requires a passport, to go somewhere I use to consider pretty much an extension of the U.S., only with more colorful money. The U.S. and Canadian politicians need to grow the F up, and knock that s..t off.

TF, I totally get your frustration....but you do know that the change in trans order documentation from using just your Dr. Lc. To requiring a passport was the US requirements post 911. Canada had no say in the matter other than getting the implementation of the new regs delayed a few years.

Sorry bud but you guys started all that and we were forced to follow suit.

I agree the guvment is going too far some times both here and there.

Kneejerk reactions have led to stupid laws and ridiculous losses of privacy...

Hopefully this year we will have a webcast of the AGM for those who can't go.

There was only audio webcast last year. I can't find the link for it. But there are transcripts for it on this site.

The passport requirement was an American initiative. It was based on security concerns. Canada merely followed suit, reluctantly. I agree that it's silly.

AGM attendees,

Since the Zenn crowd is not going to answer anything about the EESTOR status, how about asking some questions that they could answer? Like:

. What is Zenn going to do once it has received and verified an EESU?
. Does Zenn plan to exercise its marketing rights? How? How much capital will Zenn need for this?
. So tell us your plan! No NDA is involved.

Here are the two questions I've pretty much settled on.

"Does Mr. Weir still want Zenn to market EESUs? Yes or No?"

"What is the condition of the EEStor/Zenn relationship and how have you improved it?"

I found your message G ~ I plan to be in Toronto for the meeting. Hope we can get together.

The Company ........ intends to increase its interaction with EEStor and, where appropriate, collaborate with and assist EEStor.

I'm going to try to find out (not what the nature of the collaboration and assistance was but) whether there was any collaboration or assistance granted to EEStor.
