Yes I understand what you are saying.
With Eestor releasing so little information it is immposible to acurately judge where they are in the process of qulifying production.

Zenn being used as an intermediate investment vehicle for Eestor is not wht the market was designed for and so the safeguards built into the market regarding disclosure and information are not present.

As with anything it is risk/reward and the risks are large but the possible rewards are exceedingly large also.

I belive that what Eestor has will go into production. What we don't know is when and if Zenn will be able to stay viable until then. The triggering of the next offical milestone is encouraging but not knowing anything about cost, yield and progress to improve them is perplexing.

Can someone clarify the 2.5Mi sold already Vs the total 9 Mil ?

Would that be the initial Zenn investment ?

To have confirmation Topfer/Long KP/Castlerock have invested is interesting.

Would I be right in thinking that this next round will have another document filed.

Very good work Spacey

No KP buy in means nothing. If the EESU works and fisker/think/et al. want an eesu in an under 1400kg vehicle then they buy zennergy or don't get eesu's ...

I am 100% sure that Zenn will sell to anyone that wants to buy and has the money. As quickly as they grow the Zennergy brand and expertise they snuff out competition by providing car companies with equallish footing on drive train and electrical storage.

Everyone will want a Zennergy inside car and that will force companies to deal with Zenn or die. The incredible reduction in costs to develop new models will lead to massive price reductions.

cars have alternators that output 60v ac that is then converted to 12vdc so stepping down from 600v dc to 24/12v dc should not be a problem.

The high voltage is a problem but can be engineered and this will be done inside the eesu ... which may explain why zenn hasn't got one yet.
