Manager of Component Production. Hhhhmm.

I always thought it likely that Eestor would keep component manufacturing to themselves, with tight control of their trade secrets. Let others configure them for specific applications, and set up their own lines for eesu assembly.

OK, so here's the deal as I WAG it.

Sachem makes precursors. EEStor makes powder and components in LM's facilities. Flextronics assembles EESUs and PEM.

EEStor will PR these contracts up some day as the start of AHBL.

Yes, and in the absence of disclosure of those contracts at the same time as reveal, AHBL would be a sleepy affair.

So I wonder who is the "Production Manager"?

Well, BB thought he was for a little while there, until someone educated him on his error. "Production" in the general sense of producing eesu's, is not being handled by Eestor. So, if eestor isn't making the final product themselves, what if any obligation does this mysterious 3rd party producer have to Zenn vis-a-vis Eestor's final milestone completion. Is Eestor off the hook if they aren't actually putting together eesus?

So, does this mean eestor is now done "producing components"?

Component production, as opposed to "full production", if that is assummed to differ, would differ in what way and for what reason? If eestor is moving or has already moved to full production, is it fair to assume that eestor would NOT want to be doing any production itself, but instead enter into contracts with heavy-weight third parties for that (ie, no longer need its own production capacity)?

It is also interesting that his role at eestor was consistent for almost 7 years, ie, manager of component production. So either eestor was producing components during all those years, or, if only for some of them, then what was this fellow doing (driving the fork lift)?

As usual, people like Y_Po will only spin this negative. However, it is capable of a positive interpretation, depending on the answers to some of the above questions (in my view).

Probably not, but we can hope!

Ha!Ha! Guilty. That crossed my mind too when I read that story today. What a sad bunch we are.

It is a somewhat dated article from Nov 30th. I wasn't able to get the link to work, so here is another.

Notice there was no "we continue to be pleased with the progrss at EEStor".

Exactly

Zenn knows nothing, or, the progress is not pleasing.

Another alternative may be that JK is just overly cautious, avoiding even general characterizations of progress as either positive or negative. If that is the case, then he is certainly failing in his job in communicating with shareholders to the extent permissible.

"I need to cease my participation in this website"

I believe you've practically cut and pasted from your newly inked NDA to write this sentence. The use of that phrase is a fairly obvious hint as far as I'm concerned.

B, if he is under NDA now, you can't blame him for checking out without offering more information. Prodding rudely won't change that. If he is under NDA and that Contract, as I believe, prohibits participation in this website, then that indicates this site is seen as a threat or a liability of some kind. Another thing, how many past Eestor employees have checked in here. None? I thought so.

Really little kid joke, gets the adults every time if the kid is less than 5 years old:

"What do you do if you break your toe?"

I dunno, call the doctor, put some ice on it, maybe go to the hospital?

"No, you call a toe truck!"
