Yes, and in the absence of disclosure of those contracts at the same time as reveal, AHBL would be a sleepy affair.

Component production, as opposed to "full production", if that is assummed to differ, would differ in what way and for what reason? If eestor is moving or has already moved to full production, is it fair to assume that eestor would NOT want to be doing any production itself, but instead enter into contracts with heavy-weight third parties for that (ie, no longer need its own production capacity)?

It is also interesting that his role at eestor was consistent for almost 7 years, ie, manager of component production. So either eestor was producing components during all those years, or, if only for some of them, then what was this fellow doing (driving the fork lift)?

As usual, people like Y_Po will only spin this negative. However, it is capable of a positive interpretation, depending on the answers to some of the above questions (in my view).

Another alternative may be that JK is just overly cautious, avoiding even general characterizations of progress as either positive or negative. If that is the case, then he is certainly failing in his job in communicating with shareholders to the extent permissible.

I believe you've practically cut and pasted from your newly inked NDA to write this sentence. The use of that phrase is a fairly obvious hint as far as I'm concerned.

B, if he is under NDA now, you can't blame him for checking out without offering more information. Prodding rudely won't change that. If he is under NDA and that Contract, as I believe, prohibits participation in this website, then that indicates this site is seen as a threat or a liability of some kind. Another thing, how many past Eestor employees have checked in here. None? I thought so.
